1. Use of Service

• You agree to use Bettersave only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for the content you upload or link to.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• Payments are handled by our third-party processor Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

4. Intellectual Property

Bettersave and its content (excluding user content) are owned by us and protected by copyright/trademark laws. You retain ownership of your uploaded content, but you grant us a license to process it for providing our services.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Upload or link to illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
• Use the app to create or spread harmful content (including hate speech, pornography, or violence).

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Bettersave is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the app.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you via email or in-app.
